Process Scale-Up

A client asked our team to support a scale up of their current filtration process for a drug product. To ensure a successful transition, our consultants reviewed bench-scale experiments to evaluate present process conditions and verify critical process parameters, ensuring the maintenance of process’s critical quality attributes. In addition, our consultants employed several Concuir tools to ensure efficient project management and clear communication with our client throughout the entire process.

Once bench scale implementation was successful, our team suppported testing a variety of filters to provide our client with a more process efficient and cost saving process. The result not only yielded a successful scale up for our client, but it also allowed them to make the best use of their process parameters and resources.
