Aseptic Fill-Finish Line & Facility Expansion
Concuir consultants provided program and project management to support the procurement, installation, and validation of a new aseptic fill-finish line as well as a facility expansion to house it. Ultimately, the addition of a new manufacturing line will increase our client’s overall production capacity while also facilitating necessary updates to existing equipment without any associated capacity loss.
Leveraging Concuir’s tools for project management success, our consultants collaborated with the client on a daily basis to ensure all goals were met in a timely manner. Our consultants facilitated project team communication as well as communication with numerous domestic and overseas vendors and subcontractors. Our consultants also developed complex project plans, conducted weekly strategy meetings, provided budget management and oversight, and provided technical support throughout the entirety of the project to ensure clarity and encourage collaboration amongst all team members. This project has not only allowed Concuir’s to provide quality service to our client, but also shows the efficacy of our project management tools and technical expertise in industry.
