A client came to Concuir overwhelmed and with a challenging feat – to complete multiple HVAC system replacement projects amid building construction within the timeframe of a month-long site-wide shutdown. The client was inundated with managing numerous critical tasks for several simultaneous projects for the facility shutdown and had virtually no time to complete the commissioning of several equipment systems spanning two sites and multiple buildings. Our goal was not only to provide relief to our client through a job well done, but to do so in a way that highly values team work and collaboration, because at Concuir we believe we are Better Together.

In the process of commissioning and qualifying these systems, our consultants also managed timelines and deliverables via MS Project scheduling; oversaw vendor communications; facilitated key cross-functional meetings; and wrote and revised several system specifications, process and facility documents, and qualification protocols. Despite the challenging conditions, our team was ultimately able to successfully complete multiple HVAC system replacements.
