Redeveloped Existing CIP Cycles

In order to meet quality and validation requirements, Concuir assessed and subsequently redeveloped a client’s existing cleaning-in-place (CIP) cycle. Concuir took a technical approach to understand the CIP cycles in place and used in-house, custom generated Concuir tools to perform an in-depth assessment of these cycles.

After a thorough evaluation and gathering of data on the cycle process, we determined that pipe velocities were insufficient and proceeded to isolate and develop the CIP recipes. We established recipes reflecting the appropriate flowrates and durations necessary for all process paths within the CIP process boundary. We took this project from development stage all the way to a successful validation within the timeframe provided by the client.
