The Job:

As a full-time employee of Concuir, Inc, you will provide consulting services to pharma and biotech clients. In this role, you will quickly learn client typical practices and be able to recommend and implement improvements as needed to reach project goals. This is based on your experience at other firms as well as from Concuir’s portfolio of project management and cGxP best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and/or facilitate project deliverables to time, cost and goals.
  • Manage the expectations and satisfaction of the project’s team and stakeholders.
  • Motivate, mentor and coach the project team as needed.
  • Facilitate team communication and accountability by creating and optimizing team structures, meeting cadences and escalation processes.

Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years working on capital projects, with at least 3 years of experience in a cGMP role.
  • Experience with Clean Room Environmental Monitoring and Controls required, with Siemens Desigo experience preferred.
  • Strong technical documentation required such as experience with FRS, URS and DS documentation writing.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbally and written.
  • Strong leadership and relationship management skills, with an ability to build good relationships with stakeholders and the wider site teams.
  • Experience with capital projects from procurement through commissioning and qualification.
  • Familiarity in MS-Project or equivalent project management software with a desire to gain further skill. Ability to create task dependencies, define resource utilization and actively manage to project critical path. Ability to update plans in real time during project meetings.
  • Ability and desire to work within a high-performing team and collaborate effectively and respectfully with internal and external staff at all levels and of diverse backgrounds.
